You owe me money

I have 2 accounts at VAR Parow. My daughter and I. The payments are deducted on 2 different dates.

I changed jobs and had no chance to contact anyone so when I got paid I made my payment as well as my daughter's.

I sent pop and yet I am still being called for money. I emailed A Fazlin lady three times she has still not rep****.
