YONGI HEAD OFFICE - Thanks for going the extra mile!

Yongi from Virgin Active Head Office phoned me first thing on a Saturday morning after my request. He was professional & friendly & was very effective at giving us the information we needed in the time we had available. I really liked the fact that we did not need to go into the gym to sign up as in the old days and he was also able to arrange a direct debit for activation fee. I also liked the promotion that was running where we qualified for R1000 vouchers from Woolworths or Kulula or Takealot. We actually weren't even aware of this, but Yongi told us about this, just to make the deal sweeter.
