Wrongfully charged Virgin Active Fichardpark

Since February this year trying to get my premiums corrected, but to no avail. Seven people calling me and claim they will get it fixed, but nothing happening. Have not been using the gym since then. It is not what I signed up for. Really pathetic service not even the branch manager came back to me as yet and this is 3 months ago I called her and even she claimed she will sort it out. Pathetic pathetic and pathetic again for such a renowned compy. What a shame!!!
