Wrong promises by virgin active

I recently joined in virgin active with vitality a month ago while joining the gym they said if I use my mobile app to swipe in and out for at least 2 days a week I will get rewards so that I can get free drink and also I can’t get vitality point in my discovery app how I’m coming to gym 6times week even though I haven’t got single rewards points either in the discovery app or in Virgin Active app if I ask at the reception they are saying that they have a app issue which is escalated to development team if that happen why would other guys getting the rewards point and I’m getting none
