wrong infomation to get you to sign the contract.to them ur just a number, a commision nothing else

28 october 2017 I join the gym,was promised a free bag half prize membership and a bag. they came to my work place to let me sign and they said they will email me the copies of the contract. The following sunday I went there with my daugter the reception lady was very rude telling us the gym is about to close and my kids I not allowed to enter if they are not members. We then left and I came on the 1 st november while I was siting there with the trainer massage came from my back telling the debit order from virgin was returned insufficient money I asked the lady to call the sale guy to explain to me what was happening he came and told me that my free month was just that 2 days from 28 to 30. I told him they should have told me so that I can leave sufficient money and raised my consent on how this is going to affect my credit score with the bank but he did not seems to care because he was telling me he is bizzy eating I left. Went to the reception and made a debit order date to go off 28th of every month .on the 15 the debit order went off again causing me extra charges that i am suppose to pay. I regret the day I signed that contract I should have listen to my inner me.
