Worst virgin branch in centurion

I have been gyming for the last 10 years and have used all the virgin active branches in centurion and I must be honest that the mall @ reds branch honestly rates the lowest on the list. From lack of general maintenance ie cracked and dirty skirting boards and floors to a desperate need of new paint and worst off all there is always equipment out of order and some times for weeks at end. Shocking sometimes being out of order for more that 3-4 weeks just for a cable to general maintenance of machines. I think it might be lack of management...
