Worst service provider’s!

Worst decision ever made by joining Virgin active been having problems with my account for over a month and still nothing has been done. They only call me to tell my about the outstanding amount but as soon as you say you’re having problems with the account they put the phone down in your ear while you’re still talking. They have cancelled my account without even asking or trying to fix the problem and then they want me to pay to fix the problem.worst service providers ever will never recommend them to anyone please stay clear of any service they offer especially Virgin Active Sunward park
