Worst service in the world

I've been a member of virgin active for 12 years. Them the manager of Moses mabida Mrs Bouw laid a complaint against me because we had an argument and she felt in the conversation I threatened here. I went for an informal meeting, they deliberated and terminated my membership. Which again goes to show that companies don't value loyal but they're own agenda. I'm not heart broken about the incident they will save me R1500 going forward. Thanks Virgin active.
