Worst service from Virgin active near Carlswald - Cannot activate my membership due to their poor service

Hi my name is Surya Prakash Bhadragiri. I have been trying to get my vitality work out. It has been 10 days I have been following up on this. I have joined Virgin active near Carlswald and they are not able to fix the issue with my entity.

They keep on saying that they find more than one entity and take forever to activate my Virgin active membership.

It is really pathetic. They are damn slow with process of attending issues with customers. Virgin active staff does not even give updates on what is wrong with their system.
