Worst Service Ever

Signed up with the Black Friday special in November 2022. Was promised R550 per month with 2 months free. End December R580 was deducted. No free months. No notice of the increase.. took me 3 hours to get through to their call centre to speak to someone. This services is appalling. I cancelled in beginning of Jan. Now they still try to deduct money from my account. They are **********. Do not take them at their word. It doesn't mean anything
