Worst Service ever

Dealing with the accounts team at Virgin Active is like pulling teeth. Firstly I spoke to a Nhlanhla Jack who not only raised her voice at me, thought she is my financial advisor and could lecture me. This is not the kind of service that can be condoned. Then I dealt with a different person on email, was even worse Sakhumzi Tabalaza which I need to send 4 email which could have been answered in one reply but I had break down each question per email. what staff do they employ at Virgin ACtive??
