Worst service ever. All they care about is your money

Been a member for longer than 3 years and currently running my 1 year membership as a month to month. Asked if I can cancel and rejoin so I can have a bag as I did not sign up in a promo period. Was advised that unfortunately if I cancel they need "20 working business days to process my cancellation" and then only after 30 days cooldown can I re join the gym. As a loyal member it would be nice to have a branded bag but I have decided to rather cancel my membership and take my business elsewhere.
