Worst service at the club, staff unprofessional.

Worst service ever!!!! I’ve been to the club to activate my Vitality 4 x times already, 4 x times already!!!! First the system is too slow to do anything, I must come back. Then the signature pad is faulty! The staff has bad attitudes and unhelpful. Till today they can’t help me.
