Worst Sales staff and Manager to ever deal with

Glenvista branch staff offer the worst service ever. They gave me a wrong contract for my daughter, proceeded to debit me. Have been trying to resolve for 4 weeks. No one bothers calling back. Tebogo the manager is the worst person I've ever dealt with in my entire life. Hiw does Virgin Active employ people like him. He does not care.....same as his Sales staff.... I want a refund of the money you stole from me.
