Worst Sales person ever

I was helped by a Karabo Molefe at Virgin waterfall. He told me the biggest lies ever just to make a sale. He said that during March theres a special where I'll only have to pay R50 to use the gym in march and then in april my Vitality would Kick in and I would pay R160 for the month of April and I confirmed with him over the phone and when I went there on the 25th of March that for the end of March I'll Pay R50 and then I just need to come in on the 1st of April to make sure the switch to vitality has gone through. I didnt end up using the gym in march but was fine about the R50. Now today a debit order goes off my account for R569? This is a massive number and when I went there on the 1st and he told me my monthly payments are R380 i told him off and said cancel everything and now they're still taking money?
