WORST PLACE EVER! WATCH OUT FOR ***** AS WELL!

*****S. straight up *****s! you sign up to a membership and then your paperwork only get processed months later. and then when you phone to complain, you either get passed on from one call centre agent to the next and these extremely rude and ill mannered people terminate your call. Yes, because I have unlimited airtime to phone you!! Why would I want to be a member at a club where the equipment is constantly broken and out of order? Or where the staff members find it as effort to greet you when you enter or leave the gym! I would not recommend anyone to this gym, and if you are thinking about signing up, rather go buy a home gym. Virgin Active is not worth the 1 star that I am forced to give them.
