Worst gyms in South Africa

USELESS!! most expensive gym membership possible and ISSUE after ISSUE!! This useless lot NEVER REPLY TO MAILS!!!! You speak to 100 people who have no idea what’s going on.. I have been a meme we for YEARS !! And every single month there’s an issue.. they can’t find my daughters Vitality using her Vitality entry number.. yet there is NO ISSUE ON DISCOVERIES SIDE! but no one at VA knows 1+1 never mind how to do the job. Every month I come to glenvista and they say oooh but the system shows your membership at cradlestone.. That membership was PRE COVID AND WAS CANCELED PRE COVID!!! They are PATHETIC!!!!!!!! And the gyms are disgusting, they stink and are filthy! Absolutely appalling! Gym company is great, even VIVA is better !
