worst gyming facility to date

<p>I joined Virgin Active in Tramshed in January 2017 and my experience since then has been horrific, the facility has no air conditioning, the equipment is either scarce or not functioning, the entire gym is stuffy and reeks of sweat. Last week I went to a step class for the very first time since I joined and my experience was awful, the instructor firstly did not even greet us, the music was extremely loud to a point that my eardrums were throbbing once I left, the moves were overly complex, a large majority of us were falling behind and couldn't keep up but the instructor did not even bother asking why most people were either leaving or just standing still, it was only after one of us complained that he actually stopped and showed us the same VERY complex steps which still didn't even help, this class is not beginner friendly, after spending almost 30 minutes of my life in there I decided to leave and go complain at the front desk, I was given a complaint form which I filled in thoroughly, I was informed that the manager would contact me in the next 24 hours and suggest alternative classes. Firstly it has been almost a week and I haven't received any form of communication and secondly I don't understand why I have to opt for alternative classes because as far as I'm concerned ALL classes should be accommodating for ALL members because we're paying for them. Instead what should happen is Virgin Active Tramshed should modify their classes in such a way that everyone is able to partake with ease. I am appalled at both the state as well as the service I have received and I would not even recommend this facility to anyone who is considering to join. I feel as though one star for the rating is too much they don't deserve any.</p>
