Worst gym virgin active wonderpark

I wrote a complain in writing on the 23 may two weeks later no feedback, to start with member who does as she please and is been years this happening. And most members in this gym.which is virgin active wonderpark have the issue raised it but it was brushed off. And worst case scenario no air conditioning as you walk into the gym and changing rooms smells like someone died in here smells **** everywhere we need health authorities to intervene cause now our health has been compromised. And it been months with no air conditioning.
