Worst gym staff ever!

<p>virgin active Kenilworths staff is pathetic. I forgot my shoes in the changing room and as soon as I got home I called the gym to see if they can hold on to it for me. I was told it was found and I able to retrieve it the next day. I then went the following day and there was no report of anything being left for me. Nobody had a clue on what I was talking about. I was then told by the manager that it would be investigated and she'd personally get back to me in about 2 days with an answer. It's been a week already! everytime I arrive at the gym and she sees me she walks away as if she's avoiding me. </p>
