Worst gym ever

Don't ever join Virgin Active gym membership.

They **** and never explained the cancelation fees and when you want to cancel they want to charge you more than 40% of your remaining membership fees as a penalty for cancelation. Worst customer service ever. Telling you that you got the agreement and signed for it, even when I explained that no one explained the cancelation penalty before I signed up for this.

I will not recommend Virgin Active to anyone ever. They don't see people they see money
