Worst gym

Their service is atrocious. I used to pay R430 vitality rate last year from July to December and my premium went up now in January to R1130 to a public rate. When l question the V/A they do confirm I'm on Vitality but it's not activated. My question to date why was l given a Vitality rate from the beginning? The answer was that it could have been a technical glitch but theu looking into it. Since December. I've been trying to communicate with a lady called Luschano but she does not get back to me. I have to drive to the gym to get hold of them or call from home using my airtime they never communicate. I this sorted ASAP
