Worst experience ever

I signed up with VA and provided them with new banking details for my debit order. I had had my phone hacked so new banking details had to first be updated. The branch didn’t update their records and the branch blame their head office. The head office says it’s the branches responsibly to update records. Long story, they now holding me responsible for a couple of thousands because they were pulling debits from the old hacked account which was closed due to obvious reasons. WORST experience ever
