Worst Decision Ever

I joined last year March. Decided in September to activate my Discovery Vitality only for the sales people at Virgin Active Greenacres to lie to me and open a new membership instead of activating the benefit. For months I emailed and visited the branch to get this resolved. No one could care less but every mpnth they charged me R780. I finally to get my vitality added on their side again yesterday when I had to visit them again. They now want to charge me activation fees. Take the damn money from all the months you had me paying close to R800 due to your own consultants incompetence of not activating my vitality properly. At this point I feel like canceling everything and I would not recommend anyone join these people. They lie to get your money and then don't want to fix their own mistakes
