Worst damn provider!!!! Change contracts without proper chanels

I really am not happy! When consultant assisted me he never ever mentioned that when changing over to Vitality that ill be agreeing to an entirely new contract! That would mean that im again bound for a year and thats not what was agreed upon! I was month to month for a reason! Now when i want to cancel they advising me of all this and an cancelation fee thats not on and i will not be liable for staff mistake , i have proof where its been confirmed that it was not discussed with me and that i was not informed of this! Also i was not provided with the 'new contract' copy

I WILL NOT PAY ANY ADDITIONAL FEES !!!! Cancel my damn membership!
