Worst Customer Serving at Virgin Active Red by Thutso/Khutso

Friday the 15th Nov, my friend and myself went to the gym in Boksburg Virgin Active red, we are members and mostly customers, the lady that was a manager for a day apparently has the worst attitude, stinking attitude, poor service and communication s****s, I am not sure what her name is , Thutso/Khutso, short African girl, so we trained till about 7h55pm or so and they close 8pm , so we went in to take a quick shower, so the lady and her colleague told us we cannot, if they could they were going to literally chase us out the gym, so we went in just after we were done, she comes in and tells us “you need to hurry, its past 8pm and this is my personal time” at our surprise we told her and “we were finishing up”. And she couldn’t take it or at least be patient with us she went on and told us how we were wasting her personal time and that we weren’t supposed ti get in the locker/shower rooms at 8pm, so I asked her if we should leave naked as were finishing up and we went on and on arguing with her. For a person that works with customers that was utterly disgusting, wether it was her time, or we were wrong but what she did was 10 times worse and the worst part is that she was the manager for the day or whatever they call it.
