Worst club in the whole of South Africa

ABSOLUTE WORST GYM IN SOUTH AFRICA!!

In the past 9months since I have joined, I have had to fight with them about incorrect debit orders being taken TWICE. The first time their customer service only responded to my numerous emails after 2 MONTHS. As soon as I went to instagram after a month of being ignored the issue was sorted out. The SECOND time the incorrect debit order was taken In January 2022 I got in touch with virgin active directly and they kept redirecting me to probably about 6 different people who weren’t able to solve my query. At the same time I got in touch with the manager of the Stellenbosch clud where I joined and asked him to sort it. He promised that it will be sorted within 72hours and it’s now February and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. MY DEBIT ORDER WENT OFF THIS MORNING AND INSTEAD OF IT BEING FIXED, IT INCREASED.

ABSOLUTE WORST CLUB IN SA AND MOST *********** STAFF I HAVE DEALT WITH TO DATE. I am 100% sure their entire training manual instructs them to keep redirecting people.
