Worst choice

So my account has been give me problems for the last 6 months and still nobody has gotten back to me or even try fixing the problem that was caused by the gym I’ve call head office and still nothing the only want your money and don’t want to help you. When you ask them to fix the problem they want you to pay a reaction fee but you never ended your contract the ended it without you knowing I will never recommend their services to anyone please rather go to planet fitness or any other facility. Especially if you’re concerning going to virgin active in sunward park
