Worst Birthday Gift EVER

I registered my son at virgin active it was his wish and a birthday gift. We paid registration and were told there's a special February March and April would be free. They have denied taking the registration fee and payment for January and have denied him access. They now also stating that the 3 months free was never what they said! I explained I dont live with the child and am now being subjected to harsh nasty words from him so Thank you Virgin Active Lenasia for being the worst birthday gift ever. You were begging me to sign myself up!!! The employee Sandile who told a 15 year old that his mother is a ****, I pray that someday your children will disrespect you in the same manner!
