Worse service I've ever experienced

I receive an email from Shinay (Service.VA VIRGIN ACTIVE HEALTH CLUBS - SOUTH AFRICA) 05/10/2020, apologizing for the late response and she stated that she could not access my profile with the information she had on hand. I did prove her with the necessary information requested and to date I'm still waiting. So, I do not know who is fooling who?
