Worse Service Ever! ***

This complaint is indirectly towards Virgin Active - they should take responsibility for dealing with *********** companies like MBD!

An employee of ours has been in contact with MBD regarding a virgin active account that is no longer outstanding - He has been dealing with MBD for months now. Every time he calls they confirm that nothing is exceptional, yet he still gets threatening messages regarding nonpayment! This is the most *********** company I have ever come across. Even the number they give ***. is not working! This all while this is impacting his credit score - unacceptable!!!
