Worse Service

I have not worked out due to unforeseen circumstances. Tried to explain to the call centre however it seems like I'm talking to bricks. No one is willing to write off the amount. I'm willing to start working out however I can't pay for the past 3 months installments. I was not around and I can't afford R2000 arrears. None of the consultant/managers is willing to go an extra mile
