WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY FAR!!!!!!!

Double deducting from my account for accounts that are not authorised to deduct. When reversing they stop my daughter's access. I call enquire - explanation wrong debit order was reversed ETC.... I made arrangement to pay the two months in two months with normal premium, arrangement accepted! Every time my daughter gets to GYM they block her!!! Making her look like a LOOSER!!! TREATING HER AS IF SHE IS A NOTHING!!! DISRESPECTFUL TOWARDS HER!!!!!!! I called this morning, I get told no access will be allowed if arrears, since 01 Jan 25. I expressed but I had an arrangement and they said they would grant her access.... So albeit arrangement made and accepted they change their ways as they please and us as a customer must just be okay with!!!! You can't make an arrangement accept it and 2 weeks later change your mind because its a different agent!!!! DOES NOT EVEN CONTEMPLATE BUSINESS SKILLS OR UNEDUCATED AGENTS!!!!
