Good day <br> <br> I'd like to say big up's to percy from the Jabulani Mall Virgin active. He was able to resolve the issue we had with my access in very quick and professional manner. Ive been exposed to many customer service environment but none like the one in Jabulani. They treat their customers like presidents and you Percy are an asset to Virgin Active. Its always a pleasure dealing with the staff from Jabulani and great work Percy and Staff.<br> <br> Stephen Pelle
