Wonderful experience

My experience at Sunningdale Virgin Active was the best experience out of all the gyms i ever joined. From the welcoming to the sales person to the personal trainers and off course management - Reza de Greeff. I was very impressed with the friendly staff and the variety of group exercises especially the spinning classes - Thys du Toit - such a good instructor and motivating person. Today we had a twist to the spinning class where we had a DJ in the studio mixing tunes for us - DJ Micky D all the way from Knysna!! What an awesome experience this was - personal touch and going that extra mile for your clients - that is what makes us come back!! The equipment is world class and gym always clean!! A special thank you to management for a well done and smooth operation which is like a well oiled machine! I will recommend Sunningdale Virgin Active to anybody.
