Wonderful employee

I tried to cancel my member since my health and financial situation with covid meant a gym membership is no longer practical. Apparently I was given incorrect information about the cancellation fee from my club, which really upset me because this was one of the things I specifically enquired about upon joining. Anyway, this could've been a bad review if it weren't for their lovely employee from head office Shaida (I'm so sorry, im sure this is spelt wrong). Even though I was thoroughly ticked off, she was so patient and beyond helpful in what I'm sure was a very frustrating situation for the both of us. I am so grateful, because it is very seldom in these situations that administrators are compassionate and helpful. I really hope this gets back to her and if nothing else, her bosses have a new found appreciation for her.
