WON'T STOP DEBITING ME!!!
I cancelled my membership with Virgin Active in June, my final debit being the 1st of August as I gave them more than 1 month's notice.

Since then they debited me on the first of September. I reversed at the bank - only to get calls from there retention team saying that my account is outstanding. I told the agent very clearly that I had cancelled.

NOW they debit me again on the 1st of October!!

I think this is appalling from a brand of this size, and to be honest it feels like chances are being taken in the hope that I will not notice these debits coming off my account. STOP DEBITING ME and RETURN MY MONEY.
