Wilhemena you are fantastic

I called in to change my branch from one to another and spoke to Wilhemena. What a lovely lady, she was very patient and helpful and assisted with my query. What she could not do straight away, she sorted out offline and promised a call back, and it happened within minutes. Very friendly on the phone and went the extra mile to assist by calling the new branch to arrange I can start there immediately and also sorted out my wrist band for entry.
