Wi-fi at the East London beach front Virgin active

<p>Hi, I joined VA in August last year, I am really enjoying the facilities...the swimming pool, the squash court and the cardio section. However I am troubled by the Wi-Fi which works properly 3/4 days of the 7 days. I talked to the manager Dean who said that "expecting the Wi-Fi to work everyday is being idealistic, it doesn't happen in the real world." I did not respond cause I knew he was just running away from responsibility. Head Office could you please take this up and inform him the Wi-Fi is to work everyday. Thanks</p>
