Why would u block my child’s card on the 1st??????

I have just paid R390 for my son Onthatile for ClubV( for July to Dec 2025)

Please let your accounts dept know, and they must stop blocking my child’s card on the 2nd of the month if I vent made payment ( not even paying attention to the fact that I pay twice a year for 6 months at a time) so that doesn’t even count for anything that I pay ahead ? And should my balance lapse they don’t even wait for me to make it to gym to get another payment link to pay, on the 1st they already block his card ! I find this unacceptable

They were going to block him on the 1st July should I have not remembered that this June was my last upfront payment !!! Like where do they think I will run to ? I’ve been here for 25 years and counting ! And the fact that I pay 6months ahead each time should show I’ve no problems paying this account ! No maan they need to stop it, sometimes it’s the weekend so I’m not at gym meaning by Monday or Tuesday I will get a new payment link to pay but to block my child’s account on the 1st for no payment that’s super extreme considering i always pay for months ahead

Where can I send this complaint to please coz somebody needs to hear it in that dept
