Why Virgin Active is a *******....

I am cancelling my membership with VA after nearly 10 years. Membership consultants trying to deceive and deceit the public for a deal. I wanted to sign a memberhsip my son who turned 18 and I was given the same option - National membership - by each and every branch I made contact with and no one giving me the discovery option - which I later found out because I told the consultant I'm going to contact head office. I've asked if there is a student option and apparently there is not. This misrepresentation by the sales people is distasteful and we have decided to join another fitness club.
