Why VAPE stands for Virgin Active Port Elizabeth

So ........ it’s been A MONTH now since the Humerail “club” has had hot water and despite a notice to “inform” the PAYING PUBLIC a week ago that the “needed part had been located and our technicians [???????!!!!] are installing it” TA DAHHHHHHHHH - STILL NO HOT WATER and a shrug of the shoulders to say “we don’t know when it will be fixed” at reception. With tears in my eyes, how hard can it be to GUESTIMATE when your ”technicians” will be in attendance??? Is it any surprise that Virgin Active Port Elizabeth can be shortened to VAPE??? Both are bad for your health and make promises that are suspect!!!!
