Why more charges when i want to join

Please I really need your help.<br> <br> In 2014, i joined Virgin in Richards Bay, and paid the joining fee for the Vitality benefit.<br> unfortunatey, at the end of 2014, i had to cancel my Virgin contract, as I had moved to Durban and I was unsure of what to expect in Durbs.<br> <br> now, i want to join the gym again, only to find out that i need to pay the joining fee again.<br> <br> I mean i paid R1200 x 2 a year ago, now i am asked to pay again.<br> <br> I fee that is soo unfair. are you guys trying to chase the customer to Planet Fitness, or are you forcing us to go and join that gym.<br> <br> please, i need help.<br> <br> I am not wiling to re-pay that amount. and i would like to join the gym again as a mater of urgency.<br> <br> Please can you urgently help me.<br>
