WHY IS IT SO DIFFICULT TO CANCEL MY GYM MEMBERSHIP!!!!!!!

I have been trying to cancel my gym membership for over 3 months. They weer unable to assist me at the branch , and advised me to contact the call centre. I am unable to get through and the debit orders still continue to go off. Ive sent countless emails to virgin active in request of this, and I have received no feedback to this effect.

Very poor service!!!!
