My name is Cameron Annear. I.D ***.I was kicked out of Virgin Active Cresta by Syabonga Dlamini. Ihave had a rough ride with Virgin Active. In 2015 I had a personal trainer who I don't know Johan Liebenberg victimizing me at Virgin Victory park.The manger at the time a chap called Simon was the manager. Who said he would investigate. Nothing came of it. Mr Liebenberg together with other trainers began shouting at me whilst entering one day. I reported to the club manager. Get this she also wanted me to attend my own hearing as to whether I was telling the truth. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out if people work there they will lie to protect their jobs and each other. I then refused and moved to Virgin Cresta. One day while entering the guy at reception was talking and never had an access card. I asked him if I was black and had **** would he help me quicker. Mr Dlamini the phoned me and said he had 5 witness and 3 staff members who had filedcomplaints. He then said he would hold a disciplinary hearing. I said okay may I please have the complaints and the CCtv footage . he said he would not release it to me before the hearing. I then declined and sasked if I resigned what would be the outcome. Where upon He informed that would be the end of it. Guess what Virgin Active is still deducting monthly payments. I at the end of March spoke to Mr Dlamini who said he would sought it out. I filed a complaint on @resolver.co.uk and to date no reply. Today when I did finaly get threw to someone my expulsion was not registered on the system. Whats more my so called record from Virgin Victory park was sited as part of the reason for my being kicked out. When I tried to get explain to Mr Dlamini i had resigned of my own volition and had not been kicked out he said "no you have been kicked out". I have all the emails to prove what I am saying. Virgin Active actually takes paying members to trial internally? It has no procedures to discipline its own staff internally before coming to the client . I find this bazaar? I have been a member since the " health and raket" days and have never experienced such incompetency!
