Where should I go for my lesons now????

on suterday 13 June 2015 and 14 June respectively I went to Virgin Active wonder park. I am not a member at wonder park but a member in Sunnyside and Tramshed. I was assisted by a lady who told me that I am not to use wonderpark but tramshed I told her that I am a member at sunnyside and because the showers are not working sunny park members are supposed to use any virgin active with exception to classic clubs. The lady then said she will call the Sunnypark manager. On Sunday when I came to gym she rudely said I am not supposed to use wonderpark but she will however grant me access. My surprise is I pay for virgin active sunny park so where I am suppose to attend my swimming lesson while sunnypark ? I joined sunnypark because I have a junkie crew if my crew is going to wonderpark where am i supposed to go? I will appreciate it if I get clarity on this matter if needs be an apology and way forward while sunnypark 's showers are still being fixed.
