Where is the discretion?

<p>As a part time membership owner, I completely understand the policy of not being allowed into the gym after 4pm due to the computer cut off time. However I was turned away and denied entry by management at Overport City for being 3 minutes late. The floor manager that was at the entrance was particularly rude and arrogant about it. Surely some discretion could have been made. Where is the customer satisfaction?Especially from a gym brand that sets such high standards for themselves...</p>
