When are Virgin Active opening heir saunas

I am trying to find out when the sauna and steam baths are opening again at Virgin Active, but it seems impossible to get someone that can give me an answer. We are now on lock down level 1 and surely it can open again. it is closed since last year when the lock down started. Can I get feedback from Virgin what is happening?
