What's happening to Virgin Active?

In June 2021 I cancelled my membership via the call centre, Virgin Active's system was off line in all clubs and we where referred to the call centre. Thought everything was processed but then during October they started deducting money of my account and its been happening every month. I even in December got a mail from Rene Reijneker confirming its been cancelled and I owe Virgin no money, yet last week I get an email stating I owe R2310.00????? Whats happening with the service at Virgin? It use to be superb but its all going south
