WHATEVER YOU DO, DON’T GET A MEMBERSHIP WITH THESE GUYS

I cancelled my membership with them on 05 January 2026, they then deducted the full amount on 02 February 2026. When I called to find out what is going on the told me that my membership was still active and that they needed to pull the recorded calls to verify that I cancelled my membership. I have then since had to call 3 times to find out where is the audio recording, they have not responded to my calls and have not sent the audio recording and I had to dispute this with my bank. There has been no resolution to this and their agents are terrible at their jobs. Go to any other gym because you’ll be stuck in a virgin active contract for life.
